Training Plan Week of November 28

This Is the layout of the week ahead. The weekend is going to be tricky because I am going out of town to staff a youth group convention. Here we go. 

Monday 

Gym full body workout and 40-minute swim

Tuesday

Bike Day, I am going to conduct a second 20-minute FTP test with Trainer Road. While I took my first test a week or 2 ago, I am still getting used to the trainer so I want to do it again just to get comfortable. You can check out my profile on Trainer Road here

Wednesday 

In the morning I am going to go for 45 minute run, hoping to get a good 4+ mile run in. Looking for an even pace. Later in the day I am going to a spin class with my wife at Peloton. It's something we've been doing together for over a month and a half. I don't want to let training get in the way of it. I am considering it just a good additional workout, to help build endurance. 

Thursday 

Gym full body workout and 40-minute swim 

Friday

Bike Day, completing an interval workout with Trainer Road. Below is the Trainer Road intervals graph. I will post a more complete review of Trainer Road after I've used it for a few weeks.

Saturday/Sunday

Typically the weekend would have 2 workouts and I'd have a rest day during the week. But since I am going to be out of town this weekend, I am hoping to get in another 45-minute run at some point.
